Bekir

Bekir is a Trill pudding. It consists of crimson cubes, similar to Turkish Delight on Earth, drizzled over with a thick azure sauce. The sauce is very sour and has a slightly nutty, almond like taste. The cubes contain subtle spices, specially selected to offset the sour sauce and provide an overall sweet and spicy flavor.
