Marcus Dwight was born in Philadelphia in 1971. He grew up having a relatively normal life, going into the engineering field during the start of the Eugenics war, in which his parents and younger sister sadly passed away. Wanting to do more, he decided to apply to the Philadelphia Augmentation Lab to go through the process of augmentation when he turned 19 in the years 1992 to help fight and protect his home. Unfortunately the process went wrong leaving some of the augmentations being fully implemented, with others either partial or not working at all.
With the process having gone wrong the augmentation lab had no other choice but to put him in cryostasis. He was left for 90 years before being sent out on a deep space colony ship while still in stasis. The colony ship failed, after multiple incidents left the crew dead he was left in stasis adrift in space till in 2397 he was found by the USS Veritas.
