	PHYSICIANS' NOTES SD239607.24: Attending Physician Caitríona Cayne, MO Location: USS Gorkon Notes: After arriving on the Gorkon, Lieutenant Xerix, was suffering from a Catarian fever - he was quarantined to his quarters until the fever could pass. Once signs of the fever have passed, Xerix arrived in sickbay for his Medical Examination upon joining a new ship - as required under Starfleet Medical article 52, section 7. The attending physician was myself, Ensign Caitríona Cayne, serial number KH - 314 - 639. After numerous scans of the officer's brain, chest including heart and lungs, eyesight especially - I have declared Lieutenant Xerix fit for work as the ships Helms, Communications and Operations officer.
