Just type in

{{Ribbons|Awards ServiceRibbons LegionOfMerit 2011.jpg|200|3}}

Where the last number is the number of times you've been awarded that ribbon and you'll get the appropriate arrangement of stars!

So for instance, let's say you've been awarded the Silver Star 7 times (wow!). You'd type in:

{{Ribbons|Awards ServiceRibbons SilverStar 2011.jpg|100|7}}

and get

File:Awards ServiceRibbons SilverStar 2011.jpg.png

The number after the award name is obviously how wide you want the ribbon.

{{Awardstar|Awards ServiceRibbons LegionOfMerit 2011.jpg|200|silver}}

gives you
