- Skin Tone: Fair
- Build: Slender, but her muscles, small as they are, are EXTREMELY dense after more than two centuries in high gravity
- Face: Attractive, Eastern European features

- Taste in Clothing (when off duty): Jeans and leather jacket.
- Shoes: Boots, knee high.
- Voice: Stern, with a touch of sadness

MANNER
- Quarters:Sparsely decorated, mostly taken up by a bench and a set of free weights and a leg press.
- Favorite Room: Firing range
- Mannerisms: A bit awkward socially after 219-years on a barely habitable L class planet. Has a nervous twitch in her left eye.
- Religion/Spiritual Devotion: Atheist. Formerly Russian Orthodox.
- Hobbies and Pastimes: Russian literature, violin, poker (tournament level)
- Likes: Wine, art, poker
- Dislikes: Counselors, telepaths, empaths (more of a phobia than a mere dislike)
- Ambitions and Goals: To forget the past. Everyone and everything she ever knew is long gone, but still she dreams of somehow getting "home" to the 22nd century.
- Achievements in Life: At the Marine academy she shattered all previous marksmanship records (as of 2169). Survived 219 year on Kjenta II.
- Disappointments in Life: Everything and everyone she ever knew is long dead with the exception of the 14 other survivors of USS Columbia, including her 2-year-old daughter who was in stasis the whole time.
- Temperament: Stern and serious, yet detached.
- Mental problems (complexes and phobias): Depression, anxiety and extreme phobia when it comes to telepaths and empaths.
- Physical Limitations: Due to the effects of the Kjenta system's stellar radiation Irina's eyes were damaged. She can only see in black and white, no color whatsoever (cones are fused, only rods). Even then, she has difficulty with bright light in the visual spectrum and must wear dark lenses to see normally in bright light. Has excellent night vision by human standards as befits a healthy 24-year-old with 20/15 vision.
PERSONALITY
Personality
Irina is damaged goods. Her marine career started auspiciously, with her shattering all marksmanship records at the academy and on recommendation of the academy commandant she was selected for the historic exploration mission of the USS Columbia. The Columbia's mission started well, but two years in the ship was caught in the gravity well of the Aurix II wormhole, which appears periodically, and the ship that emerged on the other side was a battered hulk with no life support and rapidly diminishing supplies of breathable oxygen. Irina was part of the away team to secure a habitat on the surface of Kjenta II, a barely L class planet that was the only world within range of Columbia with any hope of being able to support life.
Irina was isolated with that away team for 219 years.
She is distrustful of Starfleet on account of a failed rescue attempt 120-years-ago by USS Miranda which ended in the Miranda firing on their antenna and killing 6 members of Columbia's away team. She is trying to find herself in this strange new world after a second Federation ship, the USS Discovery-C found Columbia and this time succeeded in rescuing the survivors. For 9 of them, including Irina's daughter it was simply a long nap in stasis. For Irina and the 5 who made it off Kjenta II, it was 219-years of harsh, austere and inhospitable surroundings, hostile natives and betrayal by Starfleet 120-years-ago.
Irina mostly withdrew into herself for those 22 long decades and concentrated on maintaining her combat skills.
===Hobbies and Pastimes===
- Shooting (dealy accurate), weightlifting (to maintain her high-G strength as best as possible), wine and she is again playing the violin. Of course her biggest off-duty time commitment is to her 2-year-old daughter.
===Likes and Dislikes===
- Likes : Physical challenge, exercise, shooting, classical music. Dislikes: Counselors, therapists, empaths, telepaths
===Ambitions and Goals===
Somehow to rebuild her life and provide a good upbringing for her daughter.
===Personal Achievements and Disappointments===
Disappointments:
The loss of everyone and everything that mattered except for daughter, who survived in stasis. She is clearly out-of-time, and fears she will never find her place in the modern world.
Achievements:
Still breathing after 245 years.
Notable Relationships
Dimitri Popov. Dimitri and Irina were friends in St. Petersberg, joined the marines together after high school and were academy classmates. Dimitri died in 2231 at the age of 86. He never remarried.
