Steamrunner-Wolverine Class

I'm wondering if we shouldn't call this a "Steamrunner-Wolverine Prototype"? It was upgraded from a regular Steamrunner class, and acted as the in-between before the USS Phoenix-C was built as the first of the S-W class.
