This Flight bay contains support services for the latest in Starfleet shuttle and runabout designs in the 2380s. The Flight bay is controlled by a space/air-traffic control room, known as "Flight Operations". This is located against the forward wall of the Flight bay, next to the exit for the turbolift, which in turn is supervised by the TIC. The Flight bay typically contains the following, though can change on a mission to mission basis: 6 Type 18 Shuttlepods 2 Type 6 Personnel Shuttles 2 Type 7 Personnel Shuttles 4 Danube Class Runabouts 40 Kaneda Class Space Superiority Fighters 10 Sphinx Class Work Pods
