The Research Station
The Research Station (Not to be confused with Soldotna Tower's Science Division) is a building located near a lakeside at the far end of the City. It was found by crew members of the USS Grace Hopper, and the USS Juneau. So far it's still fairly under construction, and extra power is used primarily on an as-needed basis for it at the current time until more power can be pushed through the city more reliably. Suffice it to say, it's a bit of a work in progress.
But it can be used when it's needed.
