The USS Armstrong was a Constitution class Refit Class vessel, which fought against the Klingons in the historical battle of Kraxin IV, and later went on to forge peace with the Klingons 8 months after the Khitomer accords when they prevented a rogue Starfleet officer from stealing a Klingon cloaking device.
