Training Area

Admiral, the tutorials section and the mission section should be separate, don't you think? Could we have a mission section too? (Varaan)

Parker and I had written up two new missions, long ago when we were talking about "spring cleaning" the missions area. We each had one run through and then the entire project got shelved. (Varaan)

Ship Classes

I tend to agree, admiral. Though I never set those "examples in out fleet" pages up, so I was a little hesitant to change them. But I've got write ups for a "TONNE" of ship classes, and I think it would be easier to have write ups for them, and have a spot on that classes page that says "examples in out fleet" with links. - Varaan 22:55, 14 JAN 2006 (EST)

I agree, admiral. If we're only having a picture or two and a list of OUR ship examples, it's not worthwhile. However, what "I" am adding is quite a bit of other information on mostly non-canon classes that somethimes can't be found other places on the internet. I view this as a type of advertising for the group. If we have information that people can search for and find, they might stick around and join SB118. If however, our pages simply dump them to one of the other sites, they may never return. Now, if you were politely and subtly asking me to stop what I was doing, then I will - no hard feelings. If we're just talking about redirecting on the canon stuff, I can do that too. Don't pussyfoot, I'm not good at reading subtext. :)

Redirects

Admiral, I'm trying to get rid of "redirect" pages (they're unnecessary if you link properly). Where was it necessary to have "Challenger" and "Independence" redirects? I thought I had cleaned all of them up. - Varaan 15:15, 29 Jan 2006 (EST)

I've been using the "what links here" in the toolbox to clean up the redirects. Geez, am I working at cross-purposes or what! :)

I had to upload the image myself as it hadn't been done yet. The background is white, not transparent and the image is a jpg as I got a very blocky pic as a gif. - Jay 05:38, 14 February 2006 (CST)

Articles for deletion

I've added the delete template to 3 pages, 2 of them are part of my characters pages as I'm restructuring it and the other is one of the pages which I moved yesterday which you missed when you deleted the rest of the old Challenger NPC pages. Category:Articles to be Deleted; Now contains 2 articles which were wrongly named and 2 articles relating to my character which I've rewritten as subpages to my userpage and wish to move into the place of the old article. Spatial Regions

Admiral, I was wondering if it would be worth our while to create a new category for, like, "Campaign Regions" such as the Ithassa Region, the Par'tha Expanse, the Solerian Sector (and all its smaller associates), and maybe even throw in Fleetwide Plot Arc stuff, and anything else people have come up with, so it could be easier to see where a vessel could go for a mission that's been preestablished and partly fleshed out? I thought I'd ask first in case it sounded like (in your opinion) that it wouldn't get used that much. What do you think?

Framing

Thanks for framing the Bolian map for me, but is possible to make it smaller? One-quarter of the map is hidden behind the menu. I had it smaller before you so nicely and courteously helped me out. :)
