Where:

Prefix = NCC, NX, ISS, etc
Registry = the ship's registry number
Letter = if the ship is the second, third, etc. ship with that name (ie. Enterprise-B), or leave blank
Ship = the name of the ship
Class = the class of vessel
Launch date = What year/month the ship was originally launched (ie. 238403)
Type = PC or NPC vessel

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ANY NEW LISTINGS ARE PLACED IN ORDER FROM SMALLEST TO LARGEST IN REGARDS TO THE REGISTRY NUMBER
