A naturally quiet individual Ballentyne exudes quiet efficiency and competence, which shows through in her ability to take the lead in medication situations. In other scenarios she has a tendency to blend into the background and spectator. She is highly intelligent and possesses a great confidence in her own abilities as a doctor and scientist.
