Ya'Th'iss is the capitol of the Prantis and is located on their homeworld. It has been constructed close to abundant sources of raw materials. It is by far the largest city on the planet. In fact it is so large that it can be seen from space. It has been built up over countless years to the point where it is now a huge man made mountain holding close to 2 billion people.

It is a marvel of transportation tubes, lifts, gardens, water fountains, power production and manufactureing might. This city alone produces almost as much product for trade off world as all the other cities combined on this planet. Not only that but they more than double the production of the homeworlds of almost all the other members of the FTU. Only the Oxian and the Ramdii even come close and even then it is still no contest.
