These players enrich the story, add to the development of their own and other characters' plots without taking away from the main characters and add more colour to our stories. The recipient of this award is the most obvious choice in the quadrant. Not only do they write for an incredibly diverse and colourful cast of PNPCs, but those characters are far beyond background actors or window dressing.
