How you came to UFOP: SB118

I joined Starbase 118 many years ago when I was researching Star Trek writing groups. I stumbled upon this site and quickly was amazed how well it was structured and that I could pretty much play any character I wanted. I've enjoyed the group a lot and could not stay away even after taking a 6 year hiatus.

History

• I was first placed on the USS Victory under Captain Jordan Hurne. It was very easy to get started because the ship was in the middle of their R&R period.

• The greatest challenge was learning about the other beliefs and opinions of people and learning to balance them with my own, especially in areas that they collided.
• I consider my greatest achievement to reach the position of First Officer of the USS Victory before I departed the group on my Hiatus.
• I hope to reach the rank of Captain and command my own ship.
• I see the group in five years to be different, yet the same. Hopefully with a bigger fleet!
