The USS Yarahla (NCC 61958) is a Luna class Starfleet vessel assigned as the lead vessel and personal command of Captain Christopher Henshaw's search and rescue fleet. Like the rest of the S&R fleet, the vessel is equipped with a Quantum Slipstream Drive.

On stardate 239306.02, the Yarahla was stolen by a group of Starfleet officers and associated civilians, under the command of Commander Walter Brunsig. Their intention was to continue the search for the USS Gorkon, after the official search had been concluded and the Gorkon declared lost.

On stardate 239603.21, the Yarahla responded to a distress call coming from the USS Njörðr. Much to captain's Henshaw surprise, did they not only rescue survivors from the USS Njörðr but also part of the crew of the USS Gorkon, who had been travelling on the USS Njörðr towards New Horizons in the Deluvia system.
