The Phoenix Interspecies Protection Agency, P.I.P.A was recently founded by Alivea Daniels after she decided to go legitimate and disband Vixen Private Security. The vision for P.I.P.A was created in hopes of protecting other of suffering the way she and her people the El-Aurians suffered at the hands of the Borg. The agency's mission is simple to protect those who cannot protect themselves and pick up the slack when protocols do not allow Starfleet to step in. The agency slogan is "SOMETIMES THE BEST GOOD GUYS WERE ONCE BAD GUYS".
