	PAST HOSPITALIZATIONS/SERIOUS ILLNESS 239312.05: Ruptured right eardrum in another explosion. 239311.30: Received a black eye, right side. 239311.17: Sprained left wrist. 239306.23: Ruptured both eardrums in a pressure explosion, cracked rib from impact. 239306.02: Ruptured left eardrum in an explosion. 239304.13: Fractured hand in multiple places by punching a table. 239212.17: Treated for rib injury. 239211.13: Cracks a rib during a fight with a targ/wolf thing on the holodeck. 239209.20: Treated for a black eye. Said experience altered Chythar's genetic code such that he became somewhat telepathic/empathic, though exact status is unknown at this time. Suspected to be T2/E2. 239101.19: Patient sustained a second break to his left wrist. Attempted to fix it himself and may still have some residual nerve damage in his fingertips. 239010.11: The patient suffered a low grade concussion and doesn't remember what happened before or after the blast.
