(redesigned the blank for cleaner code. Deleted the Wyoming design; Liam can rebuild it later.)
(added pretty button code from Renos' sandbox, broke the links because I may switch to this later. Changed Sandbox 2 to handy links since the awards thingie now has a template.)

I'm still not entirely sure on how to clear the spacing out of the service block, as it needlessly adds a blank column in the service awards thing that I don't know how to remove.
