The Tempest Sector is a section of space located below the Tholian Assembly and for many years has never been explored by any sentient races. The span of void's oldest neighbors, the Tholians have refused to enter because they feel it is taboo.
Filled with unexplored planets and ancient secrets, the USS Victory is the first starship to enter the Tempest on a mission to chase down an ancient threat that casting a shadow of the galaxy.
