Just type in

Where the last number is the number of times you've been awarded that ribbon and you'll get the appropriate arrangement of stars!

So for instance, let's say you've been awarded the Silver Star 7 times (wow!). You'd type in:

and get
 
{{Ribbons|Awards ServiceRibbons SilverStar 2011.jpg|100|7}}
 
The number after the award name is obviously how wide in pixels you want the ribbon.
