Chronological History
236608.26: Koval is born in Tokyo, Japan, Earth. He is brought to the Hirano ancestral home to be raised by his mother and father. Due to his father's obligations to the United Federation of Planets he is only sporadically present, but he comes home as often as possible.
237102.26: Hanzo begins training his son in the family's ancients arts of the samurai. Taught more as a means of discipline than a true fighting art, to help with Koval's growing aggressiveness.
237403.31: Koval is provoked into a fight at school, while defending himself he punches a fellow classmate and almost kills him due to his superior strength. Ashamed and profoundly scarred by the event, the young half klingon stops training in the fighting arts, only continuing to train in kendo.
237609.01: Koval and his mother join Hanzo to a diplomatic mission to Q'onos. For the next year they live in the Klingon Homeworld allowing young Koval to learn much about Klingon culture.
237711.29: The family leaves for Antica with all haste. The Antican home world having been the victim of a biological weapon attack with all proofs pointing to the Selay. The crew of the USS Archer finally proves that the weapon was the work of a group of Antican radicals hoping to re initiate the conflict between the two races.
237806.15: The family is transferred to Elas. Koval tells his family that he wants to join Starfleet.
238210.26: The family returns to Q'onos.
238409.01: Enters Starfleet Academy
238806.30: Graduates from Starfleet Academy with a major in Intelligence with a Borg speciality and with a minor in science.
238809.01: Enters Starfleet Medical Academy
239206.30: Graduates with honours from Starfleet Medical Academy with a degree in medicine.
