• Mannerisms: Quiet, Cold and Calculating, Will do whatever is needed to finish the job he is given.

• Background Info: Jubal is a member of the Black Hand assassin and follows the code of the Black Hand to the the letter, always complementing the jobs given to him to the exact specifications of those who have hired him. He used to work independent jobs but now is under the sole employment of Tolan Greer. He prefers to out think his prey and lay elaborate traps that cannot be traced back to him. Only one person ever marked for assassination has ever survived Jubal's cunning. He is a master of hand to hand and bladed weapons. He is an expert in infiltration and subterfuge. His current mission is to force Tobias to return to the bounds of his former employer, Tolan. Starfleet Intelligence has reason to believe that Jubal has been involved in several high ranking assassinations since the beginning of the Dominion War, but has never had proof to back it up. Currently wanted in several star systems. He has no family and simply moves from place to place never remaining very long.

• Background Info: Tolan Greer is a high ranking Syndicate boss who has earned his position from deceit and by assassinating his enemies. His shrewd business knowledge has allowed him to maintain a vast wealth and network of business contacts. He holds a fascination with Tobias Walker, the only person who dares to oppose him and somehow survive. Tolan has offered Tobias several chances to return to his former line of work, as a smuggler.
