Moved medical record

Hi there! I moved your character's medical record to her medical record page rather than the misnamed template page. subst actually is the substitution command for the wiki to replace a page's contents with whatever after the subst: so in the case of the medical record, it would put the medical record template into your character's medical record page. I noticed today you had several orphaned pages (your PNPCs page: Lael_Rosek/PNPCs and Lael Rosek/Duty Log Stardate 239202.23) wasn't linked to any of your pages.
