Sal is actually Jamie, a 30-something theatre set and lighting designer working at a small theatre owned by an insurance company.
She knows nothing about insurance.
A writer with a gender neutral name, she gets a kick out of playing male characters. She also is an avid knitter, a ghetto foodie and likes talking about herself in the third person.
Given enough time she will create enough NPCs to fill an entire starship.
