Template:Academy Transcript60: Difference between revisions

You can use this template to create a 60 credit hour maximum academic transcript and diploma from the Starfleet Academy Office of the Registrar!

Instructions:

Create a new subpage for your character by adding "/Academy Transcript" to the end of your character's current bio page web address.
The new page will have the address Last Name, First Name/Academy Transcript
Insert {{subst:Academy Transcript60}} into the body of the new subpage and click save.
Click edit once the page is created and fill out the details as you wish. You do not need to fill every fifth course if you wish to have your character take a course load between 48 and 60 credit hours.

Tips:

You may wish to look over Starfleet Academy Curriculum to understand how to compile a course load for your character.
More detailed instructions for filling out the transcript are available here.
Make sure your total credit hours is correct for the GPA to be calculated appropriately.
If you plan on your character taking the minimum 48 credit hour course load, simply insert {{subst:Academy Transcript}} instead of {{subst:Academy Transcript60}} in step 2 above.
Medical cadets graduating with an MD from the Starfleet Medical Academy should use Template:Starfleet Medical Academy Transcript instead.

There are two different diploma styles available: pre-2390 and post-2390.

If you desire, the diploma and transcript can also be displayed separately on an existing page.
