Background
During the year 2366 some Angosian war veterans rebelled against the civil government who had banned them to the penal settlement on an Angosian moon, Lunar V. Due this fact and the unacceptable policies involving these veterans, the Angosians’ petition to join Federation was put on hold for the immediate future.
In the same year a reeducation program was established to try to integrated the genetically and psychological enhanced Angosians veterans. Camus Asmara was part of this program when he knew and got in love by his psychotherapy, Darci Sakth. After one year of a secret relationship, Darci got pregnant and gave birth of a sick baby boy, Tarsii Asmara. At that time most of the chemical enhancements of Camus’ body was successfully suppressed but the aggressive behavior and genetic augments were not.
After some years of intense treatment to revert the genetic instabilities and the erratic production of hormones and enzymes, little progress was made and the death of Tarsii Asmara was almost certain. When he was five his father got a rage outburst during a protest against the government and got killed. His death sensitized the public opinion who pressed the government to approve the extra funding for interbreeding research.
When he was seven it was discovered that the implantation of special chip inside the area of the brain which controls the productions of hormones will help Tarsii to suppressed his aggressiveness and restore the physiochemical balance of his body. The treatment proved to be a success but with some side effects. One of them was the ability of his father to cloak his biosign, turning him virtually impossible to detect. To avoid that a special subdermal chip was developed to track Tarcii. Besides that he lost all body hair and started to fast aging.
At nine his mother got clearance to finally leave the hospital and to raise him among his other children but under mandatory annual psychological evaluations. He grew up very healthy to become a tall and muscular man with a great mind for science and mental endeavors. When he was fifteen it was discovered that a severe mental discipline would help him to control his physiochemical nature for violence instead of the brain chip. In order to achieve that he started to learn a great deal of Vulcan meditation. It was during a visit on planet Vulcan that he got a sudden consciousness expansion and acknowledged that he would have to pursuit a Starfleet career. So, upon returned to Angosia, he passed for several physiological evaluation to prove his mental discipline and at the age of seventeen he finally got authorization to remove the brain chip. From this day on he started to prepare himself for the Starfleet academy admittance exam.
He just passed the Starfleet at the second attempt and after several extra exams, including neurological and physiochemical ones. His subdermal location chip was tagged with federation frequency and he finally was admitted at Starfleet. During academy he received some reprimands for discussions and struggles among colleagues but he manages to finish his graduation with a degree in astrophysics.
Due his fast aging he finished Starfleet academy with 24 but look like a 40 years old man. However the Starfleet medical corps had guaranteed that due his mental discipline the aging rate was slower. He was now ready to start his Starfleet career and someday bring proud to his mother and prove to Angosian society that integration is really possibly
