Generalization needed

This page seems to the address a broad issue "Political Sovereignty," but is targeted towards the Embassy. We need to either change it to be directed specifically at the Embassy, i.e.- "Political sovereignty of Til'hon" or generalize it to deal just with the types of independent interstellar states, or perhaps direct the page to a Wikipedia page on a similar topic. --Wolf 00:05, 13 February 2006 (CST)
