The Command Towers on StarBase 118 are a complex of buildings and spires found at the top of the base structure. While the name suggests that all the structures are assigned to StarFleet command departments, in actuality most towers can simply be leased from StarBase 118 using a lottery system. As such, a number of civilian and StarFleet agencies have their offices here.

- Tower 1: Ops Command Center: The Ops Command Center, known to many simply as "Ops," or "the CC" is where this section draws it's name from. This twelve-deck area is shaped like a round tablet, and functions as the main nerve center of the starbase.
