Shinraka
Shinraka is a small planet set aside by the Federation for the Dabh'aelisu (formally the "Dark"), a new species that evolved from the Romulans. It is located 15 minutes from the Neutral Zone, inside Federation Territory, where SB24 has been re-located.
MGSt Jeff Hofius, formerly of the Hultgren Hellraisers is now local Commander of the Marine contingency left to protect and guard the Starfleet Marine bases on Shinraka, also performing Ambassdorial duties for the Dabh'aelisu when required.

Landmark Naming:
- Capitol City - site of the first encampment when the Dark were brought to the planet.
- Lake Ael was named for the woman who bore the first pure Dark child. She was also instramental in helping the Dark get to the planet safely.
