Backstory

Scarloc was born in London, earth and had a fairly normal childhood. His parents were loving however their commitment to Starfleet meant passed the age of 10 Scarloc’s parents were not around most of the time. However this only made him proud that his parents were part of Starfleet and he knew that his career was going to be with Starfleet.
He went through secondary education with a few fist fights however aside from that he made it through it mostly intact. He joined Starfleet academy and fell in love with flying. He also picked up the habit of smoking off-duty and would never smoke on duty however it is still a habit he maintains. Right now Scarloc is ready for duty and looking to be placed on a ship to serve on
