Backstory

After learning about what his ancestor did for the Soviet Army, he was a sniper in the Red Army in the battle of Stalingrad, Sgt. Reznov assisted a fellow comrade that he found in a foutain after a massacre by the Nazi Werhmach. The private Sgt. Reznov found shot and killed Nazi General Amstel with Sgt. Reznov as his spotter/teacher. The two would later serve together until the end of the war. Vasily has since had a urge to fight for the Federation. When he was a child him and his friends would pretend to be a crew of a starship and he was a Starfleet Marine Marksman. He also had his grandfather teach him how to shoot very well with a scope, plus he had to growing up in Siberia with wolves and rabbits always getting into his grandfather potatao patches and the Cattle. At the age of 16 Reznov won a village marksmanship contest and has gloated about it to his older sister Anastasia. After High school Vasily joined the Academy in hopes of fullfilling his dream. His teachers learned not to make him angry since he has a short temper due to the fact that his sister would take a rope and beat him if he failed at what he was supposed to do.Since his father is gone most of the time his older sister was the "man" of the house. Stauffenburg and Vasily have been friends since Friedrich's parents died when he was nine years old. They have become in a since brothers. When Vasily was in Basic he was his division's Recruit Master Sergeant, but was relieved of that position due to an incedent that happened during a live fire exercise. The incedent had two casulities in the division two KIA. Vasily does not like to talk about said incedent. Vasily blames himself for the death of Cadet Williams, and Cadet duBois.
