Quindlen Payne , or Quinn as she likie to be known , is currently a reporter for FNS aboard the USS Ronin. She is attractive and knows it. She usually “power dresses “ in the latest Federation fashions and manages to come across as intidating and sexy at the same time.

Quinn is a keen and perceptive reporter. She will keep going until she has the truth and can’t be intimidated if she thinks she is in the right.
