Chief Medical Officer's Logs - 2394
Chief Medical Officer's Log, Stardate 239405.21 Our rescue mission was extremely eventful, however it wasn't very successful. Only one survivor was rescued. A Valtese male named Kallo Ver. I found another, a female who has yet to be identified via DNA samples I retrieved. However, she was pinned beneath a support beam. Her body from mid-torso down was completely crushed. Without the proper equipment and access to a stasis chamber, it was impossible to save her life. I made a promise to notify her son who she said was living on Antor II. There were a number of injuries among the rescue team.

Chief Medical Officer's Log - Supplemental, Stardate 239405.21 I have examined the Thraltans we rescued from the rogue planet in the Maelstrom. All seem to be in good health though it's difficult to know for certain without knowing what 'normal' is for their species. Once they are fully rested, I will do a follow-up exam of each of them. |
