Nigel Barrett spent most of his years on Earth, living in a small suburb outside of San Diego, California. A son to immigrant parents from London, England, his father, Phillip, was a computer programmer, and his mother, Elizabeth, was a stay at home mom/teacher. She had home schooled Nigel and his sister up until they entered high school. Nigel had quite an ordinary home life, and seldom experienced any type of hardships or pain. The only thing that really affected him was the death of his grandmother (Father's side) Emily.
