Year Four
James completed his Cadet Cruse aboard the holographic USS Centris-A

Disciplinary Record

Date: 238809.23
Incident: By creating a large Electromagnet outside a shielded area (i.e his quarters) Cadet James unknowingly set off the academy's security sensors as it perceived it as a possible EMP weapon. In the Cadet's defence it was a class project however he failed to notice several warnings concerning project safety. No damage was however done as the Cadet had used his own shielding on the magnet. It should also be noted that it was his first offence.
Punishment: Cadet James was sentenced to three months of assisting the Engineering lab's upkeep as well as having the incident inserted into his permanent record.
