[[Taboo, Daydan|Captain Taboo]] is a dynamic unpredictable officer who has throughout his career demonstrated a flair for getting out of trouble as fast as he got into it..  When asked why he joined Starfleet he said simply, to "find his place" and "to make a difference..." 
His Command and Leadership style has been questioned by many of starfleets senior officers expressing concerns of loyalty and suitability. Captain Taboo has served on many ships in the fleet, the [[Kodiak]], [[Steadfast]], [[USS Independence|Independence]], [[Resolution]] and at the [[Embassy of Duronis II|Embassy on Duronis II]] and finally the [[USS Constitution-B]]. 
As a Science Officer, working his way up though the ranks the hard way he was shocked to be offered the chance to be the First Officer at the Embassy on Duronis II, from that point on he knew his goal was to some day command his own ship.  With a background in Intelligence gathering his skills have made him a valuable member of the fleet taking advantage of his expert reading skills in in both Empathy and Telepathy.
Taboo's loyalty to his Ship, Crew, Betazed and the Nature of the Universe is unquestionable..  Perhaps together, the [[USS Eagle|Eagle]] and Captain Taboo can at last make a difference.

On stardate 238501.15 the USS Eagle was put back into service, her long history of computer malfunctions plus substandard maintenance finally rectified. Upon finally finishing the refit at Starbase 118, Commander Daydan Taboo was transfered off the USS Constitution-B and promoted to the rank of Captain.

The new crew for the USS Eagle were mostly straight out of the Academy with a mix of experienced staff taken from the USS Constitution-B and Starbase 118.

First Mission

Their first mission once the initial shake down cruise was completed was to police the sector surrounding Starbase 118. Illegal activity includeing piracy and other attacks upon commercial vessels had been on the rise. Due to the search of various freighters that seemed to be acting in a questionable manner Captain Taboo checked with Starfleet Intelligence and found that all the information seemed to be pointing towards Cart'hen III as a possible central location for all the illegal activity plagueing the sector.

On stardate 238503.02 Captain Taboo selected a choice team to undertake an undercover mission on the surface of Cart'hen III. This team would be lead by his First Officer Lt. Commander Victoria Yladro
