Starfleet Intelligence Files

In 2371, an officer from the USS Voyager while lost in the Delta quadrant is framed for the murder of a Banean weapons expert Tolen Ren following a romantic randesvous with the expert's wife. The Chief of Security's investigation reveals the officer is not guilty, as Ren's memory engrams appear to have been tampered with, and the murder is found to be a Banean doctor intending to share Ren's creations with the Numiri.[4]
