Aidmiral Alleran Cullen (formerly Alleran Tan) is a vampiric joined Trill, helmsman, doctor, marksman, author-self-inserted, lover, and pilot (trained in the traditional ninjitsu techniques) assigned to the USS Independence-A. Alleran is currently engaged in a relationship with Fleet Captain Sidney Swan. He is an original character and not, in any way, a Mary Sue.
