Jouret

The Jouret System was one of those in the storm path of the Borg Cube attack in 2366. On the edge of Federation space and one of the last systems enroute to the Delta quadrant, several planets in the system were attacked by the borg cube as it made its way towards Earth.

Taking place prior to the battle of wolf 359, the fourth planet of the Jouret system was one of those attacked. Jouret IV was a Class M planet and included the Federation colony "New Providence" -prior to the loss of contact in 2366, New Providence had some 900 inhabitants.
